Cooking
- Slowly add the beef broth, making sure to scrape the bottom of the pot for those flavorful bits.
- Stir in the carrots, potatoes, thyme, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and let it simmer for about 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
- Adjust seasoning to taste, and serve hot.
Notes
