- Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic on top of the roast.
- Pour in the beef broth and sprinkle chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper over the meat.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
- After cooking, shred the beef using two forks until it’s nice and fluffy.
- Serve in taco shells, accompanied by your favorite toppings.
Notes
For an extra kick, adjust spice levels with more chili powder or cayenne pepper. Consider searing the roast for deeper flavor.
