Preparation

- After curing, remove the brisket from the brine, rinse it under cold water, and pat it dry.
Cooking
- Place the brisket in a large pot with fresh water, garlic, onion, and any desired vegetables.
- Simmer gently for about 3-4 hours or until the meat is tender and easily pulls apart.
- Let the corned beef rest before slicing and serving.
