  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Preparation
  1. Begin by placing the chicken breasts in your slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
  3. Layer the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken and mix it with the cream cheese and seasoning until thoroughly combined.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese along with the crumbled bacon.
  7. Serve your Crack Chicken on a toasted sandwich bun or simply on its own, garnished with green onions.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. To reheat, warm it on the stovetop or microwave until hot. Freeze before adding cheese and bacon for best results.
