- Begin by placing the chicken breasts in your slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
- Layer the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken and mix it with the cream cheese and seasoning until thoroughly combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese along with the crumbled bacon.
- Serve your Crack Chicken on a toasted sandwich bun or simply on its own, garnished with green onions.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. To reheat, warm it on the stovetop or microwave until hot. Freeze before adding cheese and bacon for best results.
