  • 2 Fresh Jalapeno Sliced, adjust amounts for spice level

  2. Add the diced onions and peppers, cooking until they soften up, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook until it’s fragrant, nearly 1 minute.
  4. Incorporate the chicken breasts, searing them until browned and cooked through, approximately 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth, bringing everything to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  7. Squeeze the fresh lime juice into the skillet, followed by the sliced jalapenos. Adjust the spice level to your liking.
  8. Serve over rice or veggies for a complete meal.

Notes
