Preparation
- Place the beef, bay leaf, carrots, garlic, onion, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, thyme, and potatoes into your crock pot.
- Stir all the ingredients to combine them well.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for approximately 8 hours, or until the beef is wonderfully tender.
- Before serving, remove the bay leaf.
Notes
Enjoy it straight from the pot or ladle it into deep bowls. Pairs beautifully with crusty bread or buttery rolls. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
