Preparation
- Place the beef in the crock pot.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning, chopped onion, and minced garlic over the beef.
- Pour the beef broth and lime juice into the crock pot.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the beef with two forks.
- Serve in warm corn tortillas with your choice of toppings.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. You can freeze the cooked beef for up to 3 months.
