  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix Can substitute with homemade ranch seasoning.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or your preference.
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced Any type of potato works.
  • 2 cups carrots, sliced Can be replaced with other veggies.
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup Homemade or canned.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

  1. Start by placing the diced potatoes and sliced carrots at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and lay them gently on top of the veggies.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch seasoning with the cream of chicken soup, stirring until smooth. Pour this savory mixture over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over everything to give it a delicious topping.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve warm, and enjoy every comforting bite!

Notes

Allow the dish to cool completely before transferring leftovers to an airtight container. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days, or frozen in portion-safe containers for up to two months.
