- Begin by placing the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, peas and carrots, onion, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, tear the biscuit dough into pieces and place them on top of the chicken mixture.
- Cover again and cook until the biscuits are puffed and cooked through.
