Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the chicken pieces on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  2. Transfer the browned chicken to your crockpot.
  3. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and sprinkle the ranch seasoning on top.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables around the chicken, ensuring everything is well distributed.
Cooking
  1. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours until the chicken is tender.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. You can also freeze portions for up to three months. Enhance flavor with lemon juice or garlic.
