  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 4 pieces russet potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup milk

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by placing the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Layer the baby carrots and potato chunks on top of the chicken.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, and milk. Stir until everything is well-blended.
  4. Pour this creamy mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the crockpot.
  5. Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  6. When cooking is complete, use two forks to shred the chicken right in the pot and mix everything together.

Notes

Best served warm, garnished with fresh herbs like parsley or chives. Serve with warm crusty bread or a fresh salad.
