- Start by placing the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
- Layer the baby carrots and potato chunks on top of the chicken.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, and milk. Stir until everything is well-blended.
- Pour this creamy mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the crockpot.
- Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- When cooking is complete, use two forks to shred the chicken right in the pot and mix everything together.
