Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts directly in the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the garlic butter, minced garlic, chicken broth, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour this mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Sprinkle the mixed vegetables on top.
Cooking
  1. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  2. Once done, shred the chicken using two forks and stir it through the sauce and vegetables.
