Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper.
  3. Pour the salsa over the top, and add the cream cheese.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
  5. Once done, slice or shred the chicken and stir it into the salsa mixture in the slow cooker.
  6. Serve in bowls over rice, tucked in tortillas, or as desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding spices like cumin or chili powder. Pair with rice, tortillas, or a fresh salad for a balanced meal. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
