  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Boneless, skinless preferred.
  • 5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix Can use any ranch seasoning.
  • 1 cup chicken broth or water Use broth for more flavor.

Method
 

Preparation and Cooking
  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the Crock Pot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Add the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth (or water) on top.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours until the chicken is tender.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks or a hand mixer directly in the slow cooker.
  6. Stir everything together until well combined and creamy.
  7. Serve the shredded chicken over mashed potatoes or your choice of sides.

Notes

For an extra rich flavor, stir in a little cream cheese at the end. Adjust gravy thickness by adding more broth if needed.
