- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, if using.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix the creamy gravy mix and chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken, ensuring it's completely covered.
- Cover the crockpot with the lid, set it to low, and let it cook for 6 to 8 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it back into the gravy.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add cream of mushroom soup or toss in cooked veggies like peas or carrots. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to three months.
