Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs until well combined.
  3. Drizzle the chicken breasts with olive oil to help the coating adhere; then coat each breast in your breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in a single layer in a baking dish, spacing them apart for even cooking.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
  2. Before serving, garnish with chopped parsley for a touch of color and freshness.
