Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring it's well-coated.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  2. Once cooked, remove the chicken, shred it using two forks.
  3. Stir in cornstarch mixed with a bit of water to thicken the sauce.
  4. Return the chicken to the slow cooker and coat it with the sauce.

Notes

To keep leftovers fresh, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can freeze chicken and sauce together for long-term storage. Adjust the recipe for more servings by doubling the ingredients.
