  • 1 pound beef stew meat
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter Cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup beef broth You can swap with chicken broth if desired
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme Optional: can be substituted with rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation & Cooking
  1. Place the beef stew meat and diced potatoes in the slow cooker.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika, and then pour in the beef broth.
  3. Cut the garlic butter into small pieces and distribute it on top of the mixture.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the beef is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy your hearty meal!
