- In a slow cooker, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and chicken broth. Mix well.
- Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker, making sure they are well coated in the sauce.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Add the shredded chicken back to the slow cooker along with the cooked noodles and your choice of vegetables. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook on low for an additional 20-30 minutes.
- Serve hot and garnish with green onions.
Notes
Consider adding sesame seeds or a drizzle of soy sauce when serving. Pair with a light salad or dumplings for a complete meal. For easy prep, use rotisserie chicken.
