  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 8 oz pepperoncini peppers Adjust based on heat preference.
  • 1 cup beef broth Can substitute with vegetable broth.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Adds richness to the dish.

Preparation
  1. Place the chuck roast in your crockpot, ensuring it lays flat.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix generously over the roast.
  3. Scatter the pepperoncini peppers on top for a delightful kick.
  4. Pour the beef broth around the sides, ensuring the roast stays moist.
  5. Place the unsalted butter on top of the roast to enrich the flavors.
Cooking
  1. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for about 8 hours or until the meat is fork-tender.
  2. When done, shred the roast with a fork and serve it warm.

Notes

To store leftovers, let them cool completely before placing in an airtight container. Can be kept in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or frozen for up to 3 months.
