- In a Crockpot, add the beef stew meat, beef broth, onion, carrots, potatoes, and garlic.
- Stir in the tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the meat is tender.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Serve with a crusty loaf of bread, over rice, or with a side salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days in the refrigerator or freeze for longer storage.
