- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and your favorite seasoning.
- Rub the seasoning mix evenly over the chicken breasts to ensure they’re fully coated.
- Pour the chicken broth over the seasoned chicken.
Cooking
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once done, shred the chicken with two forks and serve as you desire.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to four days or freeze for up to three months. Ensure to reheat the chicken to an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
