  • 1 lbs baby carrots 1 lb. bag
  • 1.5 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, cut into wedges
For the garlic butter sauce
  • 0.5 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic or garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken tenderloins in the center of the slow cooker.
  2. Next, arrange the potato wedges on one side and the baby carrots on the other.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic (or garlic powder), salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley.
  4. Pour this flavorful butter mixture evenly over the chicken and vegetables.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on HIGH for 4 hours or on LOW for 6-8 hours.
  6. Once cooked, serve it up and enjoy this tasty dish!

Notes
