  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the honey, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken, ensuring it's well coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  5. For an extra touch, shred the chicken in the sauce before serving and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

Serve over rice or with steamed vegetables. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days, or frozen for up to 3 months.
