  • 3 pieces smoked or kielbasa rope sausages, cut into bite-sized pieces 12-14 oz. each
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup grape jelly

Preparation
  1. Cut the sausage into about 1-inch pieces.
  2. Brown the sausage pieces on the stovetop in a skillet over medium-high heat or in an air fryer.
  3. If using an air fryer, place the sausage in a single layer and air fry at 380°F for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.
  4. Once browned, drain excess grease and transfer the sausage to the slow cooker.
Cooking
  1. Add barbecue sauce, chili sauce, and grape jelly to the slow cooker.
  2. Stir everything together until combined.
  3. Cover and cook on low for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes, until the sauce is smooth and sausages are coated.
Serving
  1. Serve with toothpicks or a slotted spoon for easy enjoyment.

Notes

To enhance flavors, consider adding a tablespoon of hot sauce or experimenting with different fruit preserves like apricot instead of grape jelly.
