Preparation
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In your slow cooker, combine the sliced carrots, bell peppers, snap peas, and your chosen protein.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and meat in the slow cooker and toss everything to coat evenly.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours or high for 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Once cooked, add the previously prepared noodles to the slow cooker, tossing gently to mix everything together.
Serving
- Serve warm, topped with sliced green onions for a fresh finish.
