Preparation
  1. Place the halved baby potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper before laying them on top of the potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken and potatoes, ensuring good coverage.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth to keep everything moist while it cooks.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender.
  6. Garnish your dish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

If you have leftovers, let the dish cool completely, then transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for 3-4 days. To freeze, use a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months. Reheat by thawing and warming in the microwave or stovetop.
