Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place the meatballs in a Crockpot and pour the sauce mixture over them.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
These sweet chili meatballs can be paired with jasmine rice or sautéed vegetables, and they make great appetizers. For storing leftovers, keep them in an airtight container for up to three days or freeze for longer storage.
